Outlined in this document are a few examples of the benefits we offer our employees. Once you start with Inchcape you will be able to access information on our benefits via iConnect (Our intranet).

Financial Benefits

One of the reasons we come to work is to help us be financially secure. Inchcape provides its employees with range of financial benefits to help you maximise what you earn and to provide support when times get tough.

Death and Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) and Income Protection cover

We provide our employees with generous Salary Continuance, Death and TPD insurance providing our employees with peace of mind in the event of loss of income or an unfortunate life circumstance.

Physical Health and Well Being

To be our best at home and work we need to be well both physically and mentally, as do our family. So, Inchcape provides a range of employee benefits that are designed to look after your wellbeing.

Corporate Health Cover with Bupa

Through our partnership with Bupa, Inchcape employees can access discounted private health insurance products. For permanent employees who take up a Bupa policy, there may also be an entitlement to reimbursement if they or a family member listed on their policy incur a hospital excess fee.

Health Insurance Excess Payment

In addition to the benefits received from Bupa, Inchcape will contribute to the health insurance excess of staff with Bupa policies.

Flu Vaccinations

To ensure that you are protected from the flu virus Inchcape provides FREE flu vaccinations to all employees of Inchcape at selected times of year.

Employee Assistance & Well Being Programme

At Inchcape we know that you, our employees, are critical to our success so your wellbeing is important to us. We acknowledge that work is only one part of your life and we want to help you live and work well.

We offer a comprehensive benefits and wellness programme to support both you and your family. One element of this is our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Our EAP provider is Benestar who deliver EAP services across Inchcape, including all businesses, in Australia and New Zealand.

Family Days

Additional paid leave is provided to Inchcape Australia employees, rewarding continuous service and promoting greater work / life balance by providing more quality time with family.

Inchcape in the Community

To support our employees in giving back to the community, every member of the team is entitled to one day of paid volunteering leave per year.

Paid Parental Leave

Up to 12 weeks dependent upon length of service.
